Introducing a case aimed at improving production downtime through setup for small-lot production of multiple varieties!

We would like to introduce a case study of problem-solving using our "APS Chuck and APS Quick Jaws." To reduce setup time, we adopted "parent-child jaws," but there were issues such as the time-consuming adjustments for centering due to unstable reproducibility. Therefore, we introduced APS 8-inch chucks (3 units) and APS raw jaws (200 sets).
